What happens when you use this form

We delete your profile, login credentials, and the personal data we hold for your account. Records of rent invoiced and paid, tenancies, and repairs raised on a property are kept, because the law requires it and because they are your landlord's records as much as yours. Those no longer carry your name or contact details, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting this form does not delete anything on its own. Because you are not signed in, we email a confirmation link to the address you give below, and only somebody who can open that inbox can go further. That is how we know the account is yours.

Once you open the link and confirm, the account is deleted straight away by an automated process. Nobody at Latner reviews it and nobody has to approve it. This cannot be undone, and it does not cancel rent you owe or a tenancy agreement you entered into.
