How does Latner pricing work?
Plans are billed monthly and scale by the number of spaces you manage. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. "For Starters" is free forever for one property, one space, and one community, with the core dashboard, payments, billing, visitor management, and maintenance included.
What counts as a "space"?
A space is an individual unit you rent or manage, a flat, shop, or office. Your plan includes a set number of spaces.
What if I exceed my plan's spaces?
Both paid plans let you add extra spaces at ₦1,000 each. On the free plan, upgrade to a paid tier to add more spaces.
Is Visitor Management included?
Yes, Visitor Management is included on every plan at no extra cost, including the free plan.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
